Basic Rendering Services
Do you have a Revit, or Archicad model with finalized geometry and a well-defined material hierarchy? Our Basic Rendering Service is designed to transform your existing models into polished visual study.
Scope: This service focuses on design visualization. While lighting and materials are professionally applied, scene/site context is generalized. For scene and/or site-specific realism, please explore our Advanced Rendering Service tier.
Material Studies:. Instead of a full new render, we provide multiple iterations of a specific area (e.g., testing five different wood trims or hardware finishes against the same lighting setup). $50 per variation
Customization: Should your project require additional architectural modeling or geometry refinements, our modeling services are available at $95/hr.
We apply professional-grade materials and lighting, along with curated scene content, to produce high-quality imagery.
Per-Image Rates (Stills)
Basic Interiors: $200 – $750 per view. (Higher end for bespoke furniture/materials).
Standard Exterior: $300 – $1,250 per view. (Higher end for complex landscaping or night-time lighting).
To insure you achieve your desired vision and timeline the first step is to initiate a project discussion. Then we can get started on a SLA “Service Level Agreement” for the project:
Round 1 (Greyscale): Approval of camera angles and content placement.
Round 2 (Color/Material): Finalizing textures, lighting, and finishes.
Final Output: High-resolution delivery.
Post-Delivery Image Revisions: Charged at a flat rate of $100 per image update.
Intermediate Rendering Services
Need a Revit or Archicad BIM model for your design and imagery to present your design to your client
Our Intermediate Rendering Services begins with a comprehensive project discovery to review your design sketches, architectural plans, and desired level of development.
Phase 1:
Consultation & Estimating: Following our review, we provide a transparent estimate for the modeling phase based on the complexity of the geometry and site conditions.
Engagement: Upon approval, a 20% retainer is required to secure your spot in our production schedule.
Execution: Modeling services are billed at $95/hr, with progress invoices issued bi-weekly. This ensures you have constant oversight of the project’s evolution.
Note: Two (2) rounds of minor revisions are included. Substantial design changes after the "Model Freeze" phase will incur additional fees.
Approval: Once the BIM Model is reviewed and approved, we move to the visualization phase.
Phase 2:
Once the architectural BIM Model is Frozen the project transitions into our Basic Rendering Service. This phase transforms the technical model into a persuasive visual narrative.
Note: If a site visit is required for your project travel expenses will be included in the estimate for the project. Travel time is billed at $50/hr for sites within Colorado, Montana & Utah.
Advance Rendering Services
Our Advance Rendering Services delivers a Revit or Archicad BIM Model, Architectural Visualization, Site Specific Realism and Construction Documentation.
Phase 1 of our Intermediate Rendering Service
Site Integration: Processing of drone-captured photogrammetry or LIDAR data to create an accurate digital twin of the project site. Note: Renderings are artistic representations. While based on drone data, we are not liable for minor discrepancies between the digital model and physical site conditions during construction.
Phase 2 of our Intermediate Rendering Service with site specific realism.
Technical Drawings: Production of 2D architectural drawings (Plans, Elevations, Sections) suitable for building permit applications, derived from the 3D model. While technical drawings are prepared to industry standards for building permits, we are not a licensed Architect/Engineer of Record. Final drawings must be reviewed and stamped by a licensed professional in the project's jurisdiction.
Advanced Service Fee are billed at an hourly rate of $95/hr.
Note: We will need to make at least one site visit to fly the drone and capture the site data for this level of service. Travel expenses will be included in the estimate for the project. Travel time is billed at $50/hr for sites within Colorado, Montana & Utah.

Liability and Accuracy Statement
1. Purpose and Intent of Deliverables
All Building Information Models (BIM), 3D renderings, and virtual walkthroughs produced by Precise Architectural Imagery (hereafter referred to as "PAI") are intended primarily for artistic, illustrative, and conceptual presentation purposes. While every effort is made to interpret client design sketches, construction documents, and material selections, these visualization deliverables are designed to convey visual and spatial intent rather than final technical execution.
2. Limitation of Technical Liability
Not for Construction: Except where technical drafting services are explicitly contracted as a separate deliverable, the visualizations provided by PAI do not constitute final construction documents, engineering calculations, or architectural working drawings. They must not be used as a substitute for professional architectural or structural engineering services.
Permit and Code Accuracy: For projects where technical drawings are prepared to assist with building permits, PAI operates strictly as a drafting and visualization consultant. PAI is not a licensed Architect or Engineer of Record. All final technical drawings, structural components, and zoning compliance elements must be independently reviewed, verified, and stamped by a licensed professional within the project’s specific jurisdiction prior to permit submission or construction.
3. Material and Environmental Variance
Visual Representation Only: Computer-generated renderings simulate real-world physics, lighting, and materials. Variances in color, texture, and sheen may occur due to digital screen calibration, physical printing processes, and simulated environmental lighting conditions.
Site and Drone Data: When site photography or drone photogrammetry is integrated into a visualization or BIM workflow, the resulting imagery serves as a contextual approximation. PAI does not guarantee exact surveyor-level topographical or property boundary precision.
4. Client Review and Sign-Off
Model Approval: By approving the Phase 1 BIM model, the client acknowledges and accepts the geometry, spatial layout, and structural proportions as correct.
Change Orders: Any subsequent modifications to the established geometry requested during or after the rendering phase (Phase 2) will be treated as a change order and billed at our standard rate of $95/hr.
Indemnification: PAI shall not be held liable for any financial losses, construction delays, material procurement errors, or field variances resulting from discrepancies between the final rendered imagery and the actual physically built environment.
